Cathy is passionate about showcasing South Africa’s rich heritage and beautiful landscapes. She designs tours that highlight the country’s cultural diversity. Cathy was also one of the first to offer a day tour to Cape Agulhas, the true southernmost tip of Africa.
Gavin Oosterwyk is the Head of Operations and Marketing at FCM Tours, where he oversees seamless travel logistics and ensures all client travel needs and operational requirements are met with precision and care. A key part of his role involves building and maintaining strong partnerships and collaborations with tourism industry stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers. This network-driven approach is central to delivering high-quality, reliable travel experiences across Cape Town and the Western Cape.
After years in the insurance industry, Nathan decided to pursue his passion for South Africa by joining the tourism sector. He’s an avid runner, surfer, and outdoor enthusiast, and he brings that same energy to each tour. Nathan’s warm approach and deep local knowledge have earned him excellent feedback from guests, who appreciate how he brings the city to life. His aim is to ensure every tour feels personal, memorable, and infused with authentic local flavour.
Vivienne Samuel is a Travel Coordinator at FCM Tours, where she plays a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients across Cape Town and the Western Cape. Vivienne brings deep expertise in travel coordination, itinerary planning, quotations, bookings, and logistical support. Her attention to detail ensures that every travel arrangement is accurately planned and executed.
