On this scenic day trip to Clanwilliam, we’ll pick you up from your hotel and head north on the N7. Our first stop will be the West Coast National Park, where you can enjoy stunning coastal views and spot diverse wildlife. Afterward, we continue our journey to Clanwilliam, with a stop at a local farm stall to stock up on fresh citrus fruits and delicious deli snacks. In the afternoon, enjoy a Rooibos tea tasting, where you’ll learn about the production of this iconic local herbal tea. Finally, we’ll head to your comfortable accommodation in Clanwilliam before dining at a local restaurant, where you’ll indulge in a delicious traditional South African meal.
After breakfast, visit to discover vibrant indigenous flora. Then, explore a nearby nursery showcasing unique native plants. Next, travel to, widely known as the Bulb Capital of the World. Here, visit the striking and admire ancient Kokerboom trees. Afterward, enjoy a packed lunch at the scenic . Later, explore the charming town at your own pace. In the evening, settle into your Nieuwoudtville accommodation for two nights. End the day with a delicious dinner at the property.
After a leisurely breakfast, we will explore the Hantam Botanical Garden which also boasts a magnificent display of bulbs in the flower season. Enjoy a packed lunch at the farm and thereafter you will have the opportunity to explore farm life at Papkuilsfontein. Enjoy a tour of the farm with Jaco van Wyk who will take you on a personalized tour of the area exploring rock art, flowers in season, birds, waterfalls, and much more!
On the fourth and final day of our flower tour, we’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast before departing for Cape Town. On the way, we’ll make a few scenic stops, allowing you to take in the stunning landscapes one last time before returning to your accommodation in Cape Town, bringing an end to your unforgettable flower tour experience.
